Problem Child has awoken with dreams of a darkly glamorous treasure chest for a contemporary Cleopatra, in the new accessory collection Techno Pharaoh.
With a palette of gloss black, rich gold and jewel colours, Egyptian style travels through 70’s deco, disco chic and detours through ghetto, to emerge a sleek, polished and confident second collection for the label.
This imaginative and modern take on opulence also features across Problem Child’s debut bag collection comprising a selection of styles for every occasion and realised in luxurious black and gold.
Problem Child welcomes you to the reign of Techno Pharaoh!
Inspired by all things lushly aesthetic, and driven by a desire to be innovative, Australian designer Amanda Testa freelanced in various creative arenas including styling and costume design, before turning her talents to start Problem Child in 2009.
Unable to find contemporary accessories that matched her own style and fuelled by a frustration that few brands could offer a strong product with an international feel and an everyday appeal, Amanda wanted to bring the ideals of high design, high quality and accessible price together.
Amanda’s own inimitable style, a distinctive juncture between modern glamour and spirited elegance, inspires her to design for those eclectic and independent tastes out there.
This collection continues her desire to create a brand where like minds can find their fashion finishing touches, all bearing Amanda’s signature luxe touch.
